Group NB, a leading recruitment agency in the Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain industries is currently seeking for GENERAL TRADES TECHNICIAN in TALLAHASSEE, FL.
Conditions:
- Salary is $15.75 per hour
- Job location is at Talllahassee, FL
- Driver's license (Class E) required
- High School diploma required
- Full-time position
Job Responsibilities:
- Prevents preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to mechanical equipment
- Reports complex and/or unusual problems to the supervisor and coordinates with other Maintenance staff as required to complete complex tasks
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to plumbing systems
- Performs other preventative maintenance or repairs for items such as hardware, door closures, etc.
- Operates mobile equipment and/or campus vehicles including trucks, golf carts, personnel lifts and fork lifts
- Maintains licensure and completes required training
- Knowledge of and ability to safely operate machinery, tools, equipment and materials used in area of work
- Knowledge of the practices and the ability to perform skilled carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other related trades work
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
