THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Perform skilled residential repair duties such as repairing walls, basic carpentry, basic plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repair
- Perform skilled building and equipment repairs
- Maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition
- Perform basic maintenance in most trades and demonstrate specialized skill in at least one trade.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Experience in commercial maintenance at journeyman level
- GED or HS diploma
- Knowledge and ability to perform installation, repair and PM work in at least one trade.
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems
- Ability to pass background checks required by licensed residential care facility
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster
