We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our team, responsible for maintaining and repairing our diverse portfolio of properties which includes both villas and apartments in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale regions.

Responsibilities:

Performing routine maintenance jobs and repairs - These include basic tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, painting, mowing lawns, repairing damaged walls, etc.

Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.

Regularly inspecting our properties to identify issues and fix them promptly.

Conducting maintenance tasks such as landscaping and pest control.

Ensuring all maintenance operations comply with safety regulations.

Managing inventory and requisitioning of supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Worker or similar role, ideally within the property sector.

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work overtime when necessary.

A valid driver's license is required as the role involves travel between properties.
