Wenger is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to support our Maintenance Team. This position supports directives and activities of workers engaged in Inspection and Maintenance throughout the facility. This is a working supervisor position. This position is the first level of authority on decision making for production level equipment, in support of Manager decisions. This job requires strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills to support the organization. Employees of Wenger will support our core values of Integrity, Ingenuity and Initiative.
Minimum Qualifications
- Computer skills including MS Office.
- Keep proprietary and company information confidential in compliance with employee agreement.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate in the English language.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have a Vo-Tech degree or 5 yrs. related experience.
- PCP pre-employment drug/alcohol screening required.
- Must be willing and able to work and accept varying shifts and schedules.
- High Ability and willingness to develop and supervise staff & self.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
