Experienced Fleet maintenance supervisor -Greenbush Logistics

$3,500 Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary:

Our Fleet maintenance supervisors play an important role in ensuring that our equipment runs properly. You will be responsible for the leadership and direction of the technicians, and the health of the equipment. An ideal candidate Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Makes timely decisions; Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; Reacts well under pressure. Delegates work assignments: Sets expectations and monitors delegated activities; Provides recognition for results; Makes self-available to staff; Provides regular performance feedback; Develops subordinates' skills and encourages growth; Fosters quality focus in others; Improves processes, products and services

Requirements:

· 5 or more years of tractor/trailer/forklift mechanical experience (Required)

· At least 3 years of supervisory experience

· At least 1 year of mechanical knowledge preferred

• Weekend availability

Travel:

• 10%- Consisting of training at other locations, and our annual maintenance conference.

• Signing bonus

• Lake Panasoffkee, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
