$1000 SIGN ON BONUS!
Starting pay: $15+/hour
Shift differential: additional $.75/hour for all hours worked between 3p-7a
***Potential to earn up to $17/hour as additional skills and equipment are learned!!***
Schedule: 8 hour rotating; 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a all required.
This is a great stepping stone into our Maintenance Departments!
DUTIES:
- Performing tool changes in line with production schedule
- Assisting with preventive maintenance tasks and repairs
- Press Operation - counting and visually inspecting parts
- Packing - building boxes, packing, shrink wrap, label, build pallets
- Learn to perform quality inspections to ensure products meets all specifications
- Fork Truck Operation (required - will train)
- Documentation under ISO/IATF guidelines
- Operate equipment to produce a variety of foam parts
- Safety in a manufacturing or plant setting

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing. Must be able to operate a forklift truck, which requires the use of arms and legs, the ability to get onto truck and depth perception to stack and/or move crates or other material. Must have finger dexterity and be able to see and hear. Must be able to climb and work from a ladder. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Required safety equipment consists of the following PPE: safety glasses, cut resistant gloves, ear plugs and safety shoes. Must be able to come to work as scheduled on a regular basis and be able to work scheduled shifts as necessary, including overtime, mandatory and otherwise. Performs responsibilities in compliance with ISO-14001 policies, quality standards and procedures and OSHA regulations. Must be able to work flexible hours based on customer/department needs.
Must be 18 years or older to be considered for employment.
