Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Lead to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg.

$$ 1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$

(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $250 at thirty days, $250 at sixty days and $500 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 5:00am-2:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $25.00-$33.00 with a potential increase after 90 days.

All training will be provided. Job functions include:

• Maintain and repair all plant production and mechanical systems in a timely and efficient manner while maximizing production uptime operations.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to understand all functions of the department.
• Lead the maintenance staff with clear direction on daily and weekly duties

Requirements

• A minimum of two years maintenance experience
• A two-year vocational degree in maintenance is preferred
• Strong mechanical skills, basic computer knowledge, and written and verbal skills
