Maintenance/Grounds Worker Job at PC Community

Working (8) hours a day, Monday through Friday (8am until 5pm), weekends & holidays off. Benefits offered: medical, dental, paid vacation.
We provide tools, equipment, supplies, and usage of a company vehicle for ground usage. Must have a valid (Michigan) drivers license.
Job responsiblities are as follows:
- Daily visual inspection of the community grounds while providing written reports; trash, small tree limb disposal, inspection for broken water mains, broken sprinkler heads, gutter damaged, unattached, filled with debris, minor paint exterior touch up, minor wood replacement, winter salt applications on roads and driveways.
- Complete daily work orders for small maintenance jobs
- Ability to handle power towels, equipment, operating company motor vehicles with safety
- Along with other simple assigned duties
This position is a full time (40) hours, per week; starting pay $20.00 per hour
Covid considerations: While on the common grounds mask are not required. Indoors while performing work orders. While working indoors with residence performing work order maintenance, mask maybe required. Vaccinations are always helpful.
