What this role is all about:
We are looking for a Maintenance General in Luxemburg, WI.
The Maintenance General position is responsible for keeping the plant running and in compliance with all rules/regulations by using safe methods of equipment repair and upkeep.
- Starting pay $24.70
- $1.50 shift premium from 7:00pm-7:00am
- Double time on Sunday and holidays
- 2-2-3 Schedule 6:00pm-6:00am
- Troubleshoot equipment for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Install, update and repair equipment.
- Repair or replace valves and pumps (seals, steams, O rings, seats, bearings, etc.) as needed.
- Perform basic electrical wiring (switches, outlets, starter, motor leads, etc.) as needed.
- Perform basic pipe fitting as directed.
- Perform sanitary welding as directed.
What you need:
- Minimum one (1) year of related maintenance experience preferred.
Where you’ll be working:
Agropur’s US operations produce approximately 1 billion pounds of quality, award winning cheese each year. The US operations produce more than 20 different cheese varieties along with whey protein and dry ingredients.
