Maintenance Coordinator/Inspector Job at Arroyo Del Oso Property Management

We're looking for a well-organized and independent Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the turn over repairs for rental properties. The ideal candidate will have experience scheduling contractors, communicating with team leaders and being able to handle all projects independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing inspections to determine what the property needs to be rent ready.
  • Dispatching out the correct vendors for the job.
  • Obtaining estimates to ensure best pricing
  • Coordinating with contractors to ensure that construction projects run smoothly, within budget and according to schedule
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the repair, including scheduling repairs and monitoring progress on current projects
  • This position requires travel around the Albuquerque metro area. This is NOT on onsite position.
  • Pay will vary based on experience.
