Essential functions:

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner. Assure all service requests are completed in accordance with Lane & Associates.
• Perform building and common area upkeep daily. Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines set forth in company policy..
• Follow safety guidelines in accordance with OSHA and company policy.
• Ability to diagnose and/or replace appliances and equipment.
• Complete special projects as needed.
• Basic HVAC repairs
• Plumbing repairs such as toilet, faucets, pipes, water heater, etc.
• Carpentry, doors, window, frames, cabinets.
• Performing building preventive and reactive maintenance and repair work; responding to requests for building repair and maintenance; maintaining records.
• Consults with Facilities Supervisor concerning work assignments.
• Inspects electrical and HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.
• Performs maintenance and repair work on electrical systems.
• Installs, repairs, and replaces electrical systems such as wiring, conduit, switches, receptacles, lighting fixtures, grounds, controls.
• Maintains logs, reports, and job status records; utilizes an online computerized maintenance management system.
• Determines tool and material requirements for assigned work.
• Ensures that assigned work is accomplished in accordance with procedures.
• Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures in all buildings.

• Does a variety of carpentry and mechanical work and repairing buildings

Job Specifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1-2 year’s of work-related experience
• Must be willing to travel between offices in the area
