Position:

Gildan Yarns in Sanford, NC is currently recruiting for Machine Operators to help operate the machinery in our plants.

Machine Operators can be entry level positions and do not require previous training or experience.

At Gildan, we will provide one on one, hands on training to help each candidate become as successful as possible in any and all positions.

Schedule:

Candidates who are interested in this position will work 12 hour shifts from (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM) on a rotating schedule where they work 3 days one week (Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday) and then 4 days the following week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday). This schedule allows for our employees to have every other weekend off.

WORK ONLY 15 DAYS A MONTH!!

Bonuses:

Right now Gildan is offering a $1000 sign on bonus to new employees.

We also offer a $1,000 Referral Bonus for anyone you refer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $15.00. $12.50- $13.00 during training. Training last 2 to 3 weeks depending on the position. (Training will conducted on day shift)
