• STARTING PAY: $17.50-20/hour (with opportunity earn several increases within your first two years and an opportunity to advance to the top-level Operator role with the pay scale going up to $34/hour!)
• SHIFT: Night Shift (6PM – 6AM)
• SCHEDULE: 3-2-2-3 (3 days working - 2 days off - 2 days working – 3 days off, giving you a 3 day weekend off every other weekend, built in overtime pay)

• Critical role, including welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection and material movement with forklifts and overhead cranes.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Frequent standing and walking.
• Up 35 pounds with everyday tasks, up to 50 pounds during setups

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or willingness to obtain one within first 90 days.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment focused on safety first.
