Machine Operator (Candle Maker) - Temporary Job at Mo&Co Home
Temporary (2 months).
Operate equipment to make dipped beeswax candles. Opportunity to learn new skills from an engineer, and become a Machine Technician with higher rate.
Required Experience:
-General production, manufacturing, or similar work experience
-NO prior candle making experience is required
Required Skills:
-Able to multitask
-Attention to detail
-Good near-sighted vision (approximately Snellen 20/32)
-Can lift 55lbs
Mo&Co Home manufactures dipped beeswax candles in Pacific Grove, CA. Your role as Machine Operator will be to operate our candle making equipment. This will include setup and cleanup, melting many pounds of wax, making hundreds of candles per day, and quality control.
You will be working directly with the engineer who designs the machines, and could learn new skills to help service and maintain the equipment (Machine Tech) if you are interested.
We are operating out of a 1200 sqft facility, and growing production month to month. We are always in need of more production staff to join the team! Mo&Co Home sells an amazing product, and is growing quickly. There will be opportunities for you to learn new skills, and advance your career.
