Description:

CPI Card Group manufactures gift cards for Target and Visa. • Read the job ticket to understand the customer and company requirements and produce product that meet the requirements. • Set up print heads, chip programming and mag stripe encoding per the job requirements. • Ensure quality of product by inspecting all aspects of the personalized cards at predetermined intervals. • Work effectively as a team player with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance, especially with Pre-press on configuring new card artwork. • Consistently comply with all work procedures relating to the machine, verification, quality system, packaging and pack-out processes. • Accurately perform all quality checks to ensure products meet specifications, and report all quality concerns immediately. • Prepare packages, boxes and/or skids for shipping in a manner which gives excellent presentation and ensures a high quality end product. • Set-up, trouble-shoot and maintain machinery to assure down time is minimal.
