Rogers Corporation is looking for quality candidates like you to join an amazing team. Full Time 2nd shift and 3rd shift Positions available for multiple Machine Operator positions

Compensation Starting between $18.50 to $20.00 depending on the position:

Shift 2:

• 7% Shift Differential, + 100% paid breaks!
• Monday Through Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Shift 3:

• Shift 3 = 10% Shift Differential, + 100% paid breaks!
• Shift 3 = Sunday Through Thursday 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently as needed
• Focus on Safety and follow specified safety protocol
• Accurately follow work instructions
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience:

• Production / Manufacturing / Industrial Experience
