RN or LVN: Licensed Vocational Nurse Adult Home Care Shift Nurse

We are currently looking for a qualified Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse in the Sacramento area. The ideal candidate must have no less than 1 year of paid (LVN) Licensed Vocational Nurse: experience, is a plus.

This position is part of a 24/7 private-duty nursing case. We are seeking RNs & LVNs that can work either 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (day shift) and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (night shift). This is an awake position and sleeping is prohibited while on duty.

Responsibilities of the RN or LVNs:

• Perform skilled patient care per the plan of care under supervision of RN
• Support Activities of Daily Living and IADLs
• Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with all applicable laws
• Fluid communication with office staff and clinical team
• Timely processing of all clinical documentation
• Consistency of attendance
• Ability to follow all state regulations

Here's what we require of RNs& LVNs: Licensed Vocational Nurse :

• Passion for one-on-one patient care in the home setting
• Minimum of 3 years of paid RN/LVN experience. Home health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• G-tube care/maintenance
• Tracheotomy management and care
• Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) with full patient care required
• Current unrestricted RN or LVN license in CA
• Current CPR and TB skin test
• Valid ID and Social Security Card
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
• Ability to clock in and out on a Smartphone
• Ability to work in the Sacramento Pocket/Greenhaven area

Job Types: Full-time, Per diem

Pay: Up to $34.00 per hour
