LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job at Sunshine Clinic
Our company is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic and improving healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary and urgent care to patients as well as taking a leadership role in clinic procedures. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to all of our patients, so we are searching for an LPN who has a strong commitment to medical excellence and sees healthcare as more than just a career. This position provides excellent, ongoing training and our successful candidate will quickly be able to take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient needs through the collection of medical histories and physical assessments.
- Help develop care plans for the patient.
- Recommend the appropriate level of care for patients.
- Communicate with other professionals and health care providers about patients' needs.
- Document patient data, including treatment methods, medications, and test results.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Document treatment plans for patients and evaluate their progress as part of the treatment process.
