- Position: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Location: Brooklyn Center, MN 55430
- Shift: Day 5x8 hours
- Shift Timing: Monday - Friday 7:30A-4P with the flexibility to work 8A-4:30P or 8:30A-5P. (40-Hour Guarantee)
- Duration: 12 Weeks then Permanent!
- Start: ASAP
Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing individualized care to customers and their families according to established standards, policies, and procedures. Dependent on clinic, customer populations may include infants, children adolescents, adults and geriatrics. The LPN provides observation, monitoring, and intervention when necessary.
Requirement of the Job:
- MN LPN License - Required
- BLS (AHA) - Required
- 1+ Years of Clinic Experience - Required
- Covid Vaccine - Required
- Flexibility to float to other clinics in close proximity if needed - Required
- Experience with all patient populations - Highly Preferred
- Epic Experience -_ Highly Preferred_
