We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our dynamic team at our Hazleton Outpatient Clinic. As a Permanent LPN, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and assisting our medical professionals in delivering high-quality healthcare services. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Administering medication and injections as prescribed by the physician
- Assisting physicians with procedures and treatments
- Performing patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current health status
- Documenting patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records
- Providing education to patients and families on healthcare topics
- Coordinating patient care, including scheduling appointments and referrals
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Adhering to all clinic policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LPN, preferably in an outpatient setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in electronic medical records and other computer programs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
