Duties expected to perform:

• Assess patients/residents: current health status and medical history.
• Accurately document ongoing status and communicate needs and/or changes with physician.
• Administer IVs and medications.
• Adheres to professional standards, policies, and procedures.
• Comply with safety initiatives.
