This position is at our Kendallville campus where there are NO MANDATES! LPN/RN works on-call rotation.

As an LPN at Lutheran Life Villages, you will earn a starting wage range of $25.00 - $30.42 depending upon experience along with additional competitive shift differential bonuses! We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse like you at our 92-year community!

Licensed Practical Nurse Benefits:

  • Competitive Wages - $25.00 - $30.42 depending upon experience (not including shift differential bonuses)
  • SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL BONUSES - $2.00-$4.50 depending on shift worked.

Job Qualifications


Education/Training

  • Registered/licensed nurse graduate from an accredited state approved school of nursing with current license to practice in the State of Indiana.

Experience

  • Prefer a minimum of two years' experience in long-term care setting with charge, assistant charge of comparable responsibilities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding or the concepts of aging and the needs and concerns of the elderly.
  • Basic computer experience preferred.
