Alliance Nursing is a caring group of nurses, CNA's and administrative staff who provide 24-hour nursing for children and families in their own homes or in one of our adult family homes.

Now, our clients are the most medically-fragile cases in Washington state and require a very special, very skilled type of nurse. And because there is a shortage of nurses available, we think of ourselves as Unicorn Chasers always searching for the right people and when we find them, moving quickly to get them on our Team.

  • A person who understands that the work must be done on time, as well as correctly. In general, this is a position where guidelines, structure, and established policies must be followed fairly closely, while working with and for others.

What the Administrative Assistant job is Like:

  • You may have multiple projects going simultaneously from filing, to answering phones, to orientations, to supporting the Clinical Team, to verifying credentials, to license renewals and special projects.
  • The position includes being responsible for the compilation, accuracy, and maintenance of both clinical and human resources data.

Hours: Monday to Friday in our Woodinville Office - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Occasional appointments in our Fircrest office.

Other Qualifications:

  • Must be able to use discretion and maintain confidentiality with client and employee information.
  • Proficient computer skills including DocuSign, Adobe and PDF documents, MS Word, MS Teams, Zoom, Excel, Outlook, and database and applicant tracking navigation and entry.
  • Communication Proficiency; must be able to communicate effectively; verbally, reading and writing, in a way that is understood by others who communicate in the English language.
  • Must be able to drive in all types of weather and driving conditions.

Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or human resources, or related experience preferred

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
