Description: SUMMARY:
Maintain daily operations of the shop office in a professional and efficient manner continually applying lean principles and continually presenting HSS in a positive manner. Must have knowledge of trucking laws. Must be able to communicate well with customers and fellow employees. Has an understanding of Tractor Trailers and a background in fixing them/inspecting them.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for scheduling all incoming deliveries and associated receiving procedures and resources (people).
• Responsible for on time deliveries using both company owned vehicles and commercial carriers.
• Works in coordination with Branch Manager, Fabrication Manager, Operations Manager and Materials Manager to accomplish shipment to customers.
• Complete Shipping process in Eniteo or delegate.
• Make sure vehicles are legal and in good repair.
• Make sure deliveries are scheduled and receiving process is followed
• Continually improving systems
• Periodically observe truck loading.
• Periodically observe truck unloading
• Supervise Truck Drivers
• Supervise Material Handler
• Computer Experience Google Programs
• Ability to use different communication tools (messenger, email, telephone, etc)
• Filling out Digital forms for management

Requirements: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
• Management Experience a must (with DriverSupervision Preferred)
• Knowledge in Minor Truck and Trailers repairs
• Background in CDL//DOT laws truck and trailers
• Warehouse Material Handling Knowledge
• Overhead Crane and Forklift Experience
• Loading and Unloading Flatbed Trucks Experiance
• Computer Experience
• Detailed Organized Person
• Experience with routing loads and
• Manager Experience 5 plus years
