Role:
Process and perform loan functions to ensure the accuracy of the data necessary to properly service mortgages and consumer loans and any other new products as they are made available to our borrowers. This position ensures that all loan servicing requirements are met as specified by the secondary market and regulatory agencies.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Perform mortgage and HELOC funding.

• Process disbursements for all taxes, pmi, flood insurance, force placed insurance and condo fees.

• Work with the Hazard/Flood Insurance Tracking Company to obtain policies and ensure timely and accurate letter cycles. Review reports from the tracking company. Run and Upload loan reports to the FTP site.

• Perform Annual Escrow Analysis.

• Organize and maintain automobile title documentation.

• Respond to member inquiries and disputes regarding credit reporting through E-Oscar system. Use effective listening skills to gather information from members to identify their needs and determine appropriate action for resolution.

• Prepare and deliver all mortgages and discharges to the appropriate registries for recording.

• Monitor all Flood Insurance escrowed and non-escrowed. Update and track changes in flood plains. Determine required coverage amounts and force place as needed.

• Perform manual calculation and send notices for simple interest Adjustable Rate Mortgages.

• Prepare, package and deliver loans to the secondary market investors. Deliver loans to the Mass Housing Finance Agency (MHFA).

• Preparation of disability, life and gap claims.

• Process daily mail and payments in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy.

• Process paid loan documentation.

• Monthly premium reports for CUNA Mutual.

• Monitor and/or pay delinquencies for Real Estate taxes and water/sewer liens for escrowed and non-escrowed.
