HCLTech is looking to hire a Information Technology Support Specialist for an ongoing engagement with our client who is the largest Online Search Platform Company.
Role and Responsibilities :
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working cross functionally in a large organization
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive issues to a clear conclusion
- Ability to work with cross functional teams including external vendors
- Ability to work with internal and external teams in resolving customer issues
- Ability to pay attention to details and track customer issues to closure
- Experience in trouble ticket systems.
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Experience in areas of networking, DNS, virtual private networks and their application to PaaS and IaaS technologies
- Experience with Storage technologies
