Drive for X Squared Logistics – A FedEx Ground Service Provider (Class A License Required)

(1 year of tractor driving experience required or current FedEx certified drivers)

Compensation: $28 – $40/hr+ (Paid Overtime, PTO, Safety Bonuses)

X Squared Logistics is a Fedex contracting service provider owned and operated by a family native to the Orange County area. We drive day cab and sleeper linehauls within cities servicing local FedEx stations and get back to our families safely each day. Our mission is to be the backbone network of commerce for our business partners at FedEx Ground.

As a local linehaul truck driver, you will drive and return to the same Santa Fe Springs station each day. It will be your job to consistently deliver excellence and precision of hauls between FedEx stations to keep the business operations running smoothly.

Currently, we are looking to fill full-time and part-time driving positions throughout the Santa Fe Springs and surroundings.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• No-Touch freight just hook up, go, and unhook from FedEx terminal to terminal
• This position is for local driving out of the FedEx Santa Fe Springs station hub - a few hundred miles a day within California
• Home every day to the same hub
• You can plan on working 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
• Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records
• Have an up-beat positive can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
• Meet all other qualifications outlined in sec 391 of the federal motor carrier safety regulation
• Excellent communication skills, being able to relay with dispatch throughout the day
• Self-reliant, problem solver and the ability to work in a team environment

Requirements:

Be 21 years or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety.

Class A License

1 Year of tractor driving experience

No DUIs

No more than 2 points on driving record in the past 3 years

Medical Exam
