We are looking for experienced AM and PM line cooks to prepare amazing meals for our customers and staff.
We're hiring immediately for the upcoming summer season, as well as year-round and also for the winter '23-'24 season.
Position will require a minimum of 40 hours/week. Anything over 40 hours will be paid time and a half. 5 day work week with two consecutive days off each week to enjoy all the beautiful Bighorn Mountains have to offer! Private Room and Board Included!
Line Cook Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Passion for cooking delicious dishes that will "wow" our guests and staff
- Knowledge of various cooking/prepping procedures and methods
- Ability to maintain a clean and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Positive attitude and outstanding work ethic
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy staying busy during slower times
- Attention to detail
- Excellent food presentation
- Work well with others
- Good communication skills
