Line Cook Job at COUGAR CANYON
Cougar Canyon in Monarch, MT is looking for one Lead cook to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 5012 Highway 89 So. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Work in a fun resort atmosphere serving folks from all over the world! Pay includes tips. Meals and shift beverages are provided FREE! We also provide the use of a FREE Season Pass to Showdown Ski Hill which is just minutes from our Lodge!
Responsibilities

*Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies *Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation. *Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff *Clean up station and take care of leftover food *Clean kitchen and associated ares per duty lists. *Stock inventory, take inventory and make order lists.
Qualifications

*Cooking experience and Back of the House experience required. *Able to meet all scheduling commitments *Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs *Strong attention to detail

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
