RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run SMT assembly machines per work instructions
- Maintain flow across multiple pieces of inline automated assembly machines
- Follow all safety and ergonomics programs & guidelines
- Perform basic quality checks as required
- Participate in team based continuous improvement activities
- Perform other work as assigned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Paid on the job training is provided - No experience required
- 1st shift: Hours for this position are 5:00am - 3:10pm Monday through Thursday (4-10-hour days)
- 2nd shift: Hours for this position are 2:50pm - 1:00am Monday through Thursday (4-10-hour days)
- Top pay is over $21 per hour plus shift differential $1.50
- Climate controlled working environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality
