Launched in February 2022, the Lifeforce membership combines everything you need to track your key biomarkers and get the insights, tools, coaching, and clinical expertise to be at your best for yourself and the people you care about. One convenient, integrated solution guiding you to the right health-optimization decisions, at the right time.

Lifeforce was created in partnership with Tony Robbins, Dr. Peter Diamandis, and M13, some of the biggest influencers in the performance medicine and longevity space (Tony and Peter’s recent book on this topic, also called Life Force, is a 2022 NYT bestseller). Our model was built alongside scientific advisors from the Cleveland Clinic, Mass General Hospital, Boston University, and Harvard Medical School.

After strong traction in our first six months, we’re now looking to add a Clinical Onboarding Concierge to our team, who is passionate about using technology, personalized care, and providing a compelling customer experience to help people improve their health and optimize physical and mental performance.

As the Clinical Onboarding Concierge, you will leverage your health literacy and knowledge to help our new and prospective customers obtain the diagnostic information and evidence they need to make educated decisions about their health. You will be a key component of our member experience team and work alongside our clinicians and performance coaches to guide our customers through the diagnostic process with ease.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work to identify, understand, and anticipate customer needs as they move through the diagnostic process from testing, through their telehealth appointment and transition into membership.
  • Provide fast and informative responses to customer inquiries regarding products and dosing, clinical or procedural concerns, and diagnostic timelines.
  • Deliver education around diagnostic testing, supplements, and pharmaceutical products
  • Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and stay up to date on customers’ progress throughout their journey.
  • Leverage technology and internal resources to provide data-driven and fact-based information that enables customers to make informed decisions about their health.
  • Resolve operational and logistical bottlenecks to ensure a seamless experience
  • Listen, talk, and type all at once through multi-channel communications such as phones, email, and chat
  • Translate the value of our products and services as tools for health optimization and longevity

What you’ll be bringing:

  • Excitement around problem-solving through creative, elegant, and simple solutions. You have a natural intellectual curiosity that drives you to find out how things work and if they can work better.
  • Knowledge and fluency around clinical components such as biomarkers, supplement dosing, blood draw procedures, and other health-related aspects of care.
  • Confidence engaging via phone, email, and/or chat, while maintaining a confident, professional, and kind demeanor that respects the member’s journey at all times.
  • A genuine interest in what good technology can do to help people and how a positive attitude about tackling challenging problems in an important industry.
  • The ability to leverage your agility and strong collaboration mindset to drive successful outcomes in your work-we are a new organization with a start-up mentality.
  • Dedication to improving the quality of life of members by providing above-and-beyond, personalized, patient-centered support. You are passionate about performance optimization, nutrition, health, and wellness.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, and/or patient-facing clinical setting
  • Prior experience with Zendesk experience is preferred but not required
