The patient is a 11 year old female diagnosed with mild intellectual disabilities.
The patient has a G-tube and is ambulatory
We are currently looking for a LVN who is flexible and available for the morning shift if needed.
Following shift is available:
Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm
or
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
