Licensed Vocational Nurse (12 hr. Day shift) Job at Wolf Creek Care Center

Wolf Creek Care Center is looking to hire full time LVN staff for AM/PM/NOC to our incredible team! We are a 59 bed skilled nursing and rehab facility located in Grass Valley. We offer extensive LVN orientation and training.
SHIFT TIMES: Day Shift - 7:30am - 8:30pm Evening Shift - 7:30pm - 8:30am

Responsibilities and Duties
- Demonstrates current knowledge of nursing skills, including bedside care, medication administration, and treatments.
- Implements and monitors patient care plans.
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, family members, staff, doctors, vendors and state / federal agencies.
- Ability to get along with peers and supervisor and promote a team environment.
- Regular and punctual attendance.
