Northwest Animal Care Hospital is a high end, 5 doctor hospital with a client focused company culture. We call ourselves "The Gentle Doctors" because we believe that the pet's comfort and care should always come first, no matter the circumstance. Our hospital offers wellness and preventative medicine for dogs, cats, avian and small mammals. Our talented veterinarians perform many soft tissue surgeries daily, as well as complex orthopedic surgeries including TPLO. We are located in the Silver Lake area of Everett.

Our LVTs are vital to many areas of the hospital. Each day presents new challenges, whether you are placing a catheter, performing a dental cleaning, assisting in surgery or providing nursing care to a critical patient. For these reasons, applicants must be team-players, detail-oriented and have strong multi-tasking skills. Flexibility in schedule and dependability are qualities that are highly regarded. We are hiring for both part time and full-time positions. We require applicants to have a current Washington State Veterinary Technician License.
The ideal candidate would be comfortable with fundamental and intermediate vet tech skills such as IV catheter placement, blood draws, anesthesia induction/maintenance/monitoring, sterile surgical prep, radiographic positioning, laboratory efficiencies, etc. Basic wellness/medical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills required. Ambitious and positive attitude is a must!
Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $22 - $28 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
