We are partnering with a well-respected Federally Qualified Health Center near St. Louis, MO that is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Missouri Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a Public School based contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment and work in a fast-paced setting with students ranging from 13-19 years of age. The client is seeking a candidate available for full time hours. They require a minimum of 3 years therapy experience and prefer experience working with Children and Adolescents. NBCC or equivalent LPC certification is required. The schedule will be 40 hours per week Monday through Friday working days. This is an immediate need, and the client is actively interviewing. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years therapy/behavioral health experience providing assessment, consultation, brief intervention for psychological/psychatric problems and/or disorders - Knowledge of DSM-V - Missouri LPC License - LPC Certification NBCC or Equivalent - Experience in School Based Environment, working with an interdisciplinary team is strongly preferred
Preferred Requirements
Previous work with children and adolescents preferred
