• Work two 8 hour shifts (Sat/Sun) get paid for 26 hours (work 16 hours a week get paid for 26 and every 11th weekend is a paid weekend off)
• Work three 8 hour shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon) get paid for five 8 hour shift each week (work 24 hours a week get paid for 40 and every 11th weekend is a paid weekend off)
• Work four 8 hour shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon) get paid for_ seven_ 8 hour shift each week (work 32 hours a week get paid for 56 and every 11th weekend is a paid weekend off)

Responsibilities: What will I do?

• Provide general nursing care to residents
• Supervise the daily nursing activities performed by CNA and non-licensed staff
• Complete nursing assessments
• Establish and follow care plans
• Identify and document resident problems, symptoms, behavioral changes and deviations from normal
• Follow all policies as outlined

Qualifications: What do I need for this role?

• Current and valid LPN license in PA
• Competency, skills, and techniques necessary to care for residents' needs as identified through assessments and described in plan of care
