Licensed Practical Nurse - River Road - Part time - Hourly rate $29.00 - $34.50 (depending on experience) - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate homelike community - Excellent benefits including generous optional medical, dental and vision plans, 15 paid days off, pension plan, annual bonus and free meal for every shift worked - 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3 days/week including every other weekend - The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care to residents according to their individual needs, including medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity and developing individualized care plans.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess current AHA CPR Certificate
- High School graduate (or GED) plus current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New Jersey.
- IV Certification and computerized MDS preferred
- At least two + years experience passing medications in a long term care setting with residents with dementia preferred
- Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
- Full vaccination including booster (as eligible) required or receive an exemption prior to employment.
