A REGISTERED NURSE ADMINISTERES SKILLED NURSING CARE TO PATIENTS ON AN INTERMITTENT BASIS IN THEIR PLACE OF RESIDENCE. THIS IS PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PHYSICIANS ORDERS AND PLAN OF CARE UNDER THE DIRECTION AND SUPERVISION OF THE DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES/NURSING SUPERVISOR
