JOB DESCRIPTION:

High-quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)to plan, develop, organize, direct and implement the day-to-day functions of the facility and its programs in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise all administrative and clinical functions within the facility
• Develop and implement facility management systems
• Oversight and coordination of all departments
• Ensure facility compliance with all federal, state and corporate regulations and policies
• Develop and implement policies and procedures, as necessary
• Incorporate and ensure best practices
• Create stable, home-like and progressive environment for employees and residents

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Current NYS Nursing Home Administrators license (LNHA) in good standing
• Minimum of three years’ experience in management, preferably a nursing home operation, required
• Proven qualities of leadership, dependability, integrity and organization
