Quapaw Baths & Spa is a privately owned, historic bathhouse located in Downtown, Hot Springs! We offer private baths, four soaking pools, massages, a variety of packages, body treatments, blowout bar services, and facials.

We are looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our team! Our massage therapists perform a variety of packages (they do not perform the bath portion of our packages), massages, body treatments, and our Signature facial.

• We are closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter and our full-time employees receive holiday pay for those three days. (If the holiday falls on a day that they usually are scheduled)
• If a full-time employee works on Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day they are paid hourly and 1/2 for their ENTIRE shift.
• We offer all of our employees FREE use of our thermal soaking pools on their days off.
• We offer all of our employees FREE (we expect employees to tip bath attendants) use of our private baths (couples or individuals) on their days off during our slow season.
• Our employees only pay commission plus tips for massages or packages directly to their massage therapist! (If you wanted to book a 50-minute Swedish massage you would pay $22 plus tip instead of the regular $80)
• We do not book back-to-back Hot Stone Massages or Deep Tissue Massages!
• We only offer a Deep Tissue/Target Massage as a 50-minute service!
• We try not to book 25-minute services unless two longer packages created a gap in the schedule. (We train our receptionists to tell guests "All I have at that time is a 75-minute time slot" instead of booking a 50-minute service for one person and then a 25-minute service for another person.
• We can only book our therapists one Deep Tissue Massage in the morning and one in the afternoon. The max amount of Deep Tissues we allow a therapist to perform a day is 2.

What are we looking for?

• Someone who is friendly, professional, and passionate.
• Someone who is customer service-oriented and has the ability to communicate effectively.
• Someone with reliable transportation.
• Must have a current, Arkansas Massage License.
• Someone who can work between the hours of 9:15 am to 6:15 pm
• Someone who has an excellent work ethic.
• We are hiring for full-time and part-time.

Full-time therapists usually either work 4 days a week or 3 days a week and 1 day on call and can work an average of 32 hours a week.
