Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job at Fairchild Medical Center
Provides social services to patients in the home, Clinic, or Hospital. Services are provided short term on an intermittent basis for the purpose of addressing social and emotional factors affecting response to medical regimen. Coordinates with other disciplines and community agencies. Documentation must be accurate and timely. This position requires the employee work and make decisions independently, without bias.
Licensure / Certification / Registration: Minimum requirement of a Master’s degree in Social Work. Current California Clinical Social Worker license required.
Experience Required: Performed at least two years of supervised clinical social work post licensure
Job Type: Full-time
