Licensed Addiction Counselor Job at Leaders Staffing, LLC
Our client is looking for a licensed addictions counselor to provide therapeutic counseling for male teens who are struggling with Substance Abuse, Behavioral & Emotional Regulation. They also provide a vocational program that equips youth with tangible skills and work experience for better employment opportunities after their facility. Students receive a combination of online curriculum and electives.
The SABER program is licensed for males ages 15-21. This program addresses youth with both substance use issues and/or issues regarding behavior and emotional regulation. The program helps youth establish skills and recovery plans to prevent relapse back into substance use. Behavior/Emotional regulation programming helps the youth understand the effects that their behavior has on themselves and others.
To achieve these goals and focuses, our staff utilizes the following treatment modalities for students enrolled in the SABER Program:
- MRT – Moral Reconation Therapy
- MI – Motivational Interviewing
- DBT – Dialectal Behavioral Therapy
- CBT – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
