You are fearless and well-spoken, able to answer a ringing telephone line (or two or three) and to engage callers who may be baffled, raging or sobbing with calmness and compassion. You are the perfect balance of patience yet protective of our time. You can type, you can write, and you can read messy handwriting. You understand technology and maybe even embrace it enough to use its tools to our greatest advantage in all ways. You are able to manage lots of different cases at one time without sacrificing the individual attention upon which my practice is built. You LOVE grammar, punctuation and spellcheck so we always are creating the best work for our clients. You are experienced with the logistics of a law office; if not, you are interested in learning about the law and how it can be used for positive outcomes and solutions for families in transition. You are funny and genuine and not shy about what some may view as inappropriate humor or snarkiness. You are willing to be the captain of our office, handling billing, computers, copiers, filing, organizing, printers, scheduling, supplies and watering our many plants. You are open to flex-time, part-time or full-time work. You love having half-day Fridays and never ever ever having to work on the day after Thanksgiving. Ever. You are kind, loyal and supportive of your "work family" as well as our mission. You are up for a challenge and for a chance to make a sincere immediate difference in someone else's life with every task you check off on your to-do list.

If you prefer a more limited position for some extra cash, we also are seeking a good soul with mad typing skills who is interested in getting %#@* done late afternoons or even evenings...think about it!

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
