Busy property management office seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working Leasing Agent for our property in the North Side, Park View Apartments!

• This position requires working every Saturday and Sunday during our busy season. Leasing Agents receive two consecutive days off during the week.
• We are closed on Sundays in our slow season with an additional day off mid-week.
• Residential Apartment Leasing
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Yardi Voyager preferred
• Conducts community and apartment tours
• Accepts and processes prospective resident’s applications in accordance with company policy
• Manage your lease renewals and renewal follow-up efforts. Ensure lease renewals are signed and turned into Property Manager a minimum of 60 days prior to the expiration date
• Maintain accurate resident files
• Understands and complies with Fair Housing laws and standards
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of market and competitive properties
• Performs other duties as assigned
• VERY Competitive Compensation – Hourly wage + commission
