The Refrigeration School, Inc (RSI) was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 1965. RSI trains students in the technical services that are needed today and challenges the student to reach their highest level of academic knowledge and leadership capabilities. Accredited School, ACCSC. Licensed by the Arizona State Board for Private Post Secondary Education.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume day-to-day responsibility of the LRC
  • Orients students to LRC procedures and resources
  • Works collaboratively with staff to create meaningful educational experiences for students including, but not limited to, LRC orientation and information access skills
  • Assist and instruct students, faculty, and other LRC users in finding information using the print and electronic resources of the LRC
  • Enforce LRC policies and rules
  • Check books and periodicals in and out
  • Maintain overdue materials list
  • Perform data entry and word processing as needed
  • Assist with LRC inventories
  • Provides communication to students regarding employment activities and opportunities
  • Research opportunities for current students and alumni by accessing local job search web sites, newspapers, state and local employment agencies and other creative means
  • Responsibilities:

Associate’s degree in related field and minimum two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
