Duties and Job Responsibilities:
Conduct internal interviews and data-gathering sessions with internal stakeholders Support and train your team members and clients' employees.
Manage one or more projects Use strong resource planning and estimating skills.
Content design and development for team presentations.
An innovative mindset and willingness to try new tools and approaches to learning.
Provide thought leadership and direction to junior team members.
Awareness of and ability to work with industry-standard instructional design models.
An ability to independently review and refine the look, feel, and usability of learning content to improve the learner experience
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to produce in-person and online courses, ensuring learner experience is central to the final deliverables.
Ability to learn industry-standard course development tools Design and conduct significant research and program evaluation studies.
