The Learning and Development (Training) Specialist is responsible for creating, delivering and evaluating program training which supports staff development, program compliance and positive outcomes for youth in Aspiranet’s Residential Program.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Business or other related degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with instructional design and development and using training authoring tools.
• Experience with administering e-learning and instructor led training content and programs.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Meets all state required conditions of employment; i.e. fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report)
