Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in management, education, organizational development, or related area
- Five years experience providing professional coaching for leaders
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Personal and professional integrity that communicates a sense of mission, leadership, and ability to self-start
- Evidence of effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. A demonstrated positive and proactive approach in identifying solutions, creating innovative applications and managing program
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional experience in a health care environment strongly desired
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification
- Coaching certification
