Bullhorn is looking for a
Senior Software Quality Engineer to join our Technology teams within our Specialized Businesses Unit division. This role would form part of a new team, focused on Reliability Engineering for one of the Bullhorn products, with a customer-first mantra of stabilization and optimization. We are looking for a passionate builder who is excited about improving the lives of our customers, our developers, and our operational teams.
A typical day might include:
- Performing requirements analysis, formulating test coverage, writing test cases, and triaging issues
- Reporting issue status to clients and assisting with client UAT preparations
- Learning, leveraging, and sharing new technologies and best practices with peers
- Leading quality initiatives within your team and the overall QA department
- Writing greenfield automation as part of the product development cycle
- Building and maintaining release smoke testing tooling
- Maintaining automation suites for daily and pre-deploy runs
This job might be for you if:
- You have automation experience within Selenium, Playwright and/or Cypress
- You are proficient with C# and are very comfortable with NUnit
- You have experience with REST, SOAP, GraphQL
- You have experience with SQL and other databases
- You have experience with testing both frontend and backend applications
- You want to help establish best practices for software testing in the organization
- You want to learn and apply new software testing best practices
Bonus points for:
- Experience with running production code in Azure or other PaaS/IaaS provider
- Experience with any other programming languages
- You have previously worked with IIS and Windows services
- You have previously worked with PaaS infrastructure
