We are looking for a knowledgeable and skilled leader within the apartment maintenance industry. The Lead Maintenance Technician (Roving) will regularly travel to their assigned Region's properties as needed to support our residents, associates and properties.

This position is eligible for a $1,000.00 Sign On Bonus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Assists in completing work orders of various types including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC, drywall, painting, appliances and make readies
• Assists in the preventative maintenance and general repairs of the buildings' exterior and interior systems
• Responsible for being On-Call for emergency work orders and lock-outs
• Assists in snow/ice removal (where applicable)
• Understand and follow all safety protocols including understanding MSDS on use of chemicals
• Report any observed violations of property rules and regulations to Supervisor
• Mentor and train Maintenance Technicians at assigned properties
